One of those long short
nights. Sleep came long after going to
bed and last much too short.
Carla had to go to work earlier
than normal this morning. If it hadn’t
been for Blaze letting me know he needed out, we would have both slept through
her appointed time. She had a half hour
to prep and go to work – she made it.
Things will quiet down after
Christmas and, hopefully, she will work less hours. She has those Lynds’ stubborn and tough genes
and won’t retire until she has 20 years in at Joanne’s – two years from
now. I can hear her now, though, in
September 2017, I can go another five!
Genesis 1:1 In the
beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
John 1:1-3 In the beginning was
the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was
God.
2 The same was in the
beginning with God.
3 All things were made by
him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
John 1:14 And the Word
was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of
the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and
truth.
John 3:14-19 And as Moses lifted
up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted
up:
15 That whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have eternal
life.
16 For God so loved the
world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him
should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son
into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be
saved.
18 He that believeth on him
is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he
hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of
God.
19 And this is the
condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather
than light, because their deeds were evil.
For God
so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life.
All I can
say this morning is, ‘thank you Lord.’
And this
is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness
rather than light, because their deeds were
evil.
and may I always walk in His
light.
Later, Art :-)
