Dumb cats.  Carla had a bag of yarn sitting next to the daveno.
Phantom came into the living room only to be hissed at by the other cats.  Blaze was also making it clear he didn’t want him in the room.
Phantom left, but came back a while later, found the bag and then crawled inside, at first with his head out, then he turned around and faced inward.
Now, there is always one or the other of the cats that are using that resting spot – who knows why.
Foggy all day today, it is supposed to rain most of the coming week.  Need a lot of snow on the mountains, but I am not sure that is going to happen.  Rain is okay up there for a time, but without the snow we will lose that moisture much quicker in the spring.
Psalm 9:1-2  I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.
2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

It’s like our defensive backs’ coach Steve Wilks says, “Don’t keep your dreams in your eyes… because they may drop as tears. Keep them in your heart so that every heartbeat reminds you to fulfill the desires of your life.”
So what are the desires of my heart, is it to follow God, or to obtain wealth of some kind or another?
Is it to praise and rejoice in His salvation and love, thanking Him for the gift of Grace he has given me, striving to serve Him in all my ways?
Or, is it to gain praise and glory for myself as I succeed in whatever venture I am given?
“Keep them in your heart so that every heartbeat reminds you to fulfill the desires of your life.”
Actually this is good advice.  We should remember God with every beat of our heart; we should rejoice and praise Him in both word and deed.
Psalm 32:11 Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
Psalm 37:4-5    Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
5 Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

I must commit myself to Him, so the desires of my heart are those things that lift Him up and glorify His name.
Later, Art :-)
