Getting the hang of using the smoker.  Yesterday the temp hit 102 in our garden and made it difficult for me to maintain a constant temperature.  However, we got through it and Carla like the Pork Tenderloin I smoked.
Today I am doing Pork Shoulder, little more complicated, but since the air temperature was not as high it was easier to maintain a constant.  Checked it a few minutes ago and almost ready to take off.
Carla got called in today, one of the other employees was injured.  She won’t be off until 1800.  It is 1645 now and I will be taking it in, shortly.
Ham will be a might cooler, but should be just as good.
2 Corinthians 5:9-11 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
“Christ will be Lord, or He will be Judge.  Every man must decide whether he will take Him as Lord now, or face Him as Judge then.”  AW Tozer
Should be an easy decision.  However, some put it off too long.
Life, as we know it, where we can make a decision is short.
We equate life with our body breathing and our heart beating.  But God calculates in terms of eternity.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17   For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Luke 13:28-29 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

I thank God that He has accepted me into His family, through Jesus Christ and I too will be sitting with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the prophets and our brethren.
Later, Art :-)
