Yesterday was a ‘bummer.’  Carla and I took a long awaited trip to Portland so she could pickup her Hallmark items for the family.  While in Portland my heart once again took off and I went into A-Fib.

 

We came back and spent a few hours at the ER where they had to shock me back into rhythm.

 

This usually sets me back a couple days, still a bit foggy from the sedation, etc.  Will be back writing tomorrow, I hope.

 

Carla says I look better than I have since the last episode, so that is good sign.
